How the hosted price works
A fixed $650 a month covers hosting, support and the enterprise components. On top of it, you pay for the AI tokens your team uses, at our AI provider's price plus 20%. Tokens don't count toward the $650.
What usage costs
- A new question: about 5 cents. A follow-up: about 3 cents.
- One person asking ten questions and ten follow-ups a working day: about $18 a month.
- Ten people like that: $650 + about $180 = about $830 a month.
Measured with our benchmark of 42 questions and follow-ups on demo data (October 2026). Larger ledgers use more tokens. Every model call is recorded with its cost, so your bill can be checked.
Per customer, not per user
Enterprise is one price for your company, however many people use it. A group running several companies on one system pays once.
Not included in any plan
- Integration with your own systems (other software, data sources, your network and sign-in): quoted as a service.
- Implementation and data migration: quoted at a fixed price after a free fit call.
Questions
What happens if we stop paying?
The software keeps working. It's open source, and your data is in your own database. You lose support, the enterprise components' updates, or, on the hosted service, hosting, after we help you move out.
Can we move between hosted and running it ourselves?
Yes, both ways. We'll help.
Where is our data on the hosted service?
In the region you choose: the EU or the US.
Why are AI costs separate on Enterprise?
You run it, so you choose and pay your AI provider directly: at provider prices, about $15 a month for a person asking twenty questions a working day. On the hosted service, we supply the model and bill the tokens on top of the fixed fee.
What's in support, and what isn't?
Problems with the ERP, the agents and the enterprise components, and how-to questions, are in. Integration with your own systems, AI providers' costs, third-party add-ons and your own customizations are not. See the Support page.
Do the safety features need a paid plan?
No. Approval before every write, the sealed log and the stop switches are in every edition.
