Know what changed before you ask
A morning brief, figures on a schedule, and alerts for what usually goes unnoticed.
The morning brief
Each morning, the figures that matter, from your own reports.
- Cash this month
- What customers owe, by how many days past due
- What you owe suppliers, the same way
- Yesterday's sales
Totals only: no customer or supplier names in the brief.
Figures on a schedule
Ask for one figure on a schedule, daily or weekly: days sales outstanding every Monday, cash this month, receivables, payables, sales last week.
Alerts
Dynocortex checks your books for what usually goes unnoticed, and tells you once.
| Alert | When |
|---|---|
| Overdue receivable | An invoice past due by more than your threshold, above an amount you set |
| Stock running low | One of your best sellers below its reorder level in a warehouse |
| Unusually large purchase invoice | A supplier's invoice far above their usual size |
| Budget exceeded | A budget line over budget this fiscal year |
| Margin drop | Last week's gross margin well below the weeks before |
| Stock valuation stuck | A stock revaluation that failed or stalled, which leaves stock values wrong until it finishes |
You set the thresholds. Each alert is off until you turn it on. From an alert, the agents can suggest the next step, such as a follow-up or a restock request, for you to approve.
