The numbers, explained. Every AI action, on the record.

You need answers fast, and you need to defend them. Dynocortex gives you both.

Answers you can check

Ask “what's our days sales outstanding?” or “why did gross margin drop in September?” The answer comes from the ERP's standard reports, not from the model's arithmetic. Every figure states its company, currency and period, with the report open beside it.

What changed, before you ask

  • A morning brief: cash this month, receivables and payables by days past due, yesterday's sales.
  • Figures on a schedule: days sales outstanding every Monday, cash, receivables, payables, sales last week.
  • Alerts: overdue receivables above your threshold, unusually large supplier invoices, budget lines exceeded, weekly margin drops, stalled stock revaluations.

Control your auditors will accept

  • Permissions hold. The agents see only what each person may see: their companies, their cost centers.
  • A person approves every write. Agents prepare drafts; they never submit, cancel or delete.
  • A record that shows tampering. Every draft is logged in a chain that detects changed, removed or reordered entries.
  • One report for the auditor: per draft, who proposed it, who approved it, when, and what became of it.
  • Stop switches for each part, and one for all of it.

Several companies?

Each company's figures are kept apart, and shown side by side. Intercompany eliminations aren't automatic: consolidation is a step you control.
